 What is Character?

3:  Work 

The third most essential element of character is “work”. It has been divided into further three branches: Affectivity, endurance, and trust. The three elements play a vital role in character building. Character, without work, may reflect incomplete. The previously discussed two parts; Personality, and Morality emerges as a result of work.

       For instance, a personality is judged when ‘work’ takes place. Similarly, morality is the systematic approach that is seen on the basis of work. In this case, the work itself should be effective, endurable, and trustworthy.

In addition, effectivity, one of the three significances of work, should be productive and constructive. History reveals that all the prominent personalities shown effectivity in their particular fields,and have made names in the world. Their theories are discussed, and are implemented for educational purposes in the institutes. 

Likewise, endurance assures the survival of personality not only in the history, but also at the present moment. As an example, the prominent scientist Stephan Hawking is put before, he met an incident at the age of 21 while studying cosmology at the University of Cambridge, he was diagnosed with Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis(ALS). His physical disability kept him limited to his home whilst his effectivity made him an inspirational personality around the globe. 

           In the following, trust polishes the entire personality. A trustworthy person is liked and his doings make him a successful and effective man. Trust is the other name of self-esteem and self-confidence. The following examples may define trust in a proper way. Self-approval, and people approval; self-approval comes when a person accepts himself, his abilities and capabilities. when he/she works upon it, people approval comes as an outcome. And, when he/she proves, and shows expertise, the society accepts wholeheartedly.

                    In sum up, character is the outcome of all the aforesaid points, it comes in the result of a proved and sustainable personality, a well-recognized morality, and reliable work. To be well known and proved character, the absolute qualities make a dynamic character on the world stage.
