#Comfort_Zone

Comfort Zone is the situation where there is no danger, and a person feels relax and safe. When it comes to doing something new, half of the world senses uncomfortable and afraid of breaking new ground. In view of the fact, it is a hard task for them to change the routine, and to come out of the comfort zone. comfort zone kills the hidden talent, and all the creations die inside.
In addition, opportunities hardly ever knock the doorstep. So, strike while the iron is hot. Abundant examples of life-changing stories are existing for self-esteem and self-innovation.
For instance, “The boiling frog syndrome” is a very famous fable. It tells when a frog is suddenly put in a pot caring boiling water, the frog jumps as soon as possible outside the pot, But, when it is put in a low-temperature water in a pot, the frog is comfortable, the reason behind this, is that the frog adjusts itself with the temperature of the water. It would rather play in the water. Similarly, when the boiling point is kept increasing, yet the frog enjoys itself, it gets itself adjusted with the increasing boiling point. As the boiling point is increasing the frog keeps itself adjusting. Repeating the action, a point comes when the boiling water gets too much hotter now the frog is physically weak and not able to jump out of the pot. Finally, hot water takes the life of the frog. When it was time to get out of the pot, the frog was happy with the temperature and did not manage to jump. Consequently, the comfort zone (hot water) took its life.
Likewise,It is said, “variety is the spice of life”. doing something different changes the mentality of a person. It is a common phenomenon to every second person, if suddenly asked to speak on a particular topic in a formal gathering he/she feels irritating and nervous. Speaking on the topic, and returning to own seat, he/ she feels comfortable, for it is their comfort zone.
Same is the case in life, those who have a mediocre life, never try a new business. They sit at a hotel where they are familiar to food, tea, and the people around them. For some people, it is hard to wear a different dress, have a different haircut. even some of them hesitate to join fitness clubs.
Until and unless an individual comes out of his comfort zone, he will lag behind in life. Putting self in new situations boosts up self-confidence, and stimulates the person to pull himself out of delusions.
